CANCELLATION POLICY


Please provide at least 24 hours notice of cancellation ​as productive time is my livelihood. I enforce a 50% service charge for appointments cancelled with fewer than 24 hours notice. A CREDIT CARD IS REQUIRED WHEN BOOKING EITHER ONLINE OR BY CALLING. THE CREDIT CARD ENSURES YOUR APPOINTMENT and WITHOUT A CREDIT CARD, YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL NOT BE BOOKED. I DO NOT CHARGE THE CREDIT CARD. HOWEVER, YOU MUST CANCEL 24 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME. BY NOT DOING SO OR "N)- SHOWING", YOU WILL BE CHARGED 50% OF THE SERVICE. No-shows will not be allowed to rebook.




LATE POLICY


If you’re running late: ​Please text, email or call and leave a message. If you’re more than 10 minutes late: Because I must respect the time of each client on my calendar, I will need to reschedule if someone is booked immediately after you. Otherwise, services will be reduced where possible.




PLEASE NOTE


​I exercise my right to refuse future bookings to any individual who ​exhibits habitual disregard of my request for a 24-hour cancellation notice or are habitually late.

Before Your Appointment

WAXING


Make sure your hair is at least 1/4 inch long. Avoid sun exposure for at least 48 hours (including tanning beds) Gently exfoliate and moisturize in the days leading up to your appointment. Wear loose, comfortable clothes to your appointment to avoid contact irritation immediately following the wax.




LASHES


No eye make-up the day of your appointment. Please remove eyelash extensions at least 7 days prior. Avoid waterproof mascara or curling lashes 5 days prior to the treatment Skip lash enhancing serums for 2 days before and 2 days after. Remove any eye makeup with oil free makeup remover the day prior




WHEN YOU ARRIVE


I am located in the blue and white victorian house shared with M & M realty (9008 Elk Grove Blvd). Please park in the gravel parking on Walnut street across the street from Paula Maita & Company and use the side blue door for entrance. There is a lobby straight ahead and to the right you can make yourself comfortable. Please send me a text upon arrival. I may still be with another client, but I will be down shortly to greet you.
